I wanted to check if Vietnam is open for international tourists and what are the quarantine and testing rules like? Also I am traveling from Singapore but I have an Indian passport, do I need a visa for Vietnam?

Vietnam will fully open international tourism from 31 Mar and no quarantine requirement. On the first day when you arrive at the airport, the government allows customers to use Rapid test Covid which can have result after 15-20 minutes only. If they require PCR, it takes about 12 hours to get the result. Indian passport need visa to entry Vietnam.

  On the internet it says that international travel will resume on the 15th of March? I have 10 days off work and I would really want to take this trip between the 18th to 31st of March, can I still go ahead with it with 1 day quarantine?

  I was wondering if there's visa on arrival available for Vietnam? Currently I notice that there's an online form for me to fill to get my visa within 2-3 days. Do let me know if it's okay?

  At the moment, the government do not have official website for E-visa. So I believe that the online form you found which is visa service from someone. But at the moment, government have not approved for travel visa. I would like to recommend you wait with us for official information from Government.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 19th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 19th, 2026, a minimum payment of $99 is required to confirm your booking with Vietnam Allure Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Vietnam Allure Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
