For excursions the group size depends on the tour and destination, but expect them to be of a least 10 people + guide, could be more or could be less. Regarding the insurance and Visa, we do not manage those ourselves. Most of our travellers travel with their credit card's insurance, and others buy an external one for the trip dates. About the Visa, I do not know your nationality so I can't know if you will need that or not. In case you do, you have to contact your closest Brazilian Embassy to receive more information about your trip needs and papers.
