A fantastic journey around Romania. Thoroughly enjoyable, a great itinerary and our guide, George, answered all our questions and looked after everyone on the tour. As well as being a mine of information, he had a great sense of humour which greatly added to the experience. Happy with all the hotels and all the sights - it was a great introduction to a fascinating country and its history. The included airport transfers were greatly appreciated, even when staying a few days in Bucharest after the tour ended. The only things I would suggest is that maybe there was too much time at Turda rather than spending more time in Sibiu, and also at Bran Castle rather than Sinaia, but that is a personal preference. I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting an introduction to the country.Show more

Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before September 30th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 30th, 2026, a minimum payment of $120 is required to confirm your booking with Rolandia. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
