Hanoi
Your private driver will be waiting at Hanoi airport with a signboard when you land. From there, you'll head into the city center where your hotel is located, right near the Old Quarter. You can either rest after your flight or start wandering around the neighborhood to get your bearings. It's really your call on how you want to use the rest of the day.

- Day 2
Ba Vi
After breakfast, your English-speaking guide picks you up and takes you out to Ba Vi countryside. You'll meet a Vietnam War veteran who runs a tea farm, and you'll have the chance to pick tea leaves and see how tea gets produced. Later, you'll head to Moc village for a traditional Vietnamese cooking class with a local host, then have lunch in a tropical garden. The afternoon includes visiting local families to see traditional crafts and cycling through paddy fields. You'll wrap up with a herbal feet soak before heading back to Hanoi.

Hanoi to Mai Hich
You'll depart Hanoi around 8 am heading toward Mai Hich in Mai Chau valley, which is surrounded by green mountains. Along the way, there are scenic stops where you can take photos of the lush valleys and limestone peaks. When you arrive, the village hosts will greet you at the homestay. In the afternoon, you can walk or cycle around the surrounding villages, enjoy the scenery, and even help local farmers plant rice or try some regional rice wine.

- Day 4
Mai Hich
This morning starts with an easy hike along the Xia River through old-growth forests toward Ban Buoc. You'll pass through several minority villages including Den, Ngo, Xum, Thai, and Muong communities. After the hike, you'll take a bamboo raft ride back to Mai Hich along the Xia River, passing through rice and corn fields while watching the rhythm of village life. Back at the homestay, you can relax with a cold drink and watch the sun set.

- Day 5
Mai Hich to Ninh Binh
The drive from Mai Chau to Ninh Binh is slow and scenic, giving you plenty of chances to photograph the valleys, sugarcane farms, and rice paddies. Once you arrive in Ninh Binh, you'll see why it's known for its limestone karst scenery and rice paddies. You'll take a scenic sampan ride through Van Long, where you can see limestone peaks rising up from the rice fields in striking shapes.

- Day 6
Ninh Binh to Halong Bay
After breakfast, you'll head by private car to Halong Bay. Once you board the cruise, you'll have views of limestone rocks and karst grottoes all around you. Lunch will be seafood served on board, and then you can relax on the sundeck. Later, there's a stop at a secret location where you can kayak or swim to get up close with the grottoes. Back on the boat, you'll have an early dinner and can participate in optional activities or just take it easy for the evening.

- Day 7
Halong Bay to Hue
Get up early to catch the sunrise and have breakfast in the dining room. There's a Tai Chi class on the sun deck if you're interested. You'll visit a limestone cave with stalagmites and stalactites before heading back to the boat for checkout and brunch while sailing back to the harbor. From there, transfer to Hanoi airport for the flight to Hue (about 1 hour 30 minutes). Your driver meets you when you land and takes you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free.

Hue
Your guide will meet you at the hotel around 8:00 to 8:30 am. The day begins with a boat trip on the Perfume River to Thien Mu pagoda, the oldest pagoda in Hue. Then you'll visit the Imperial Citadel where the Nguyen Dynasty ruled, the Royal Antiques Museum with dynasty ornaments, and the lively Dong Ba market. After Vietnamese lunch, you'll see Khai Dinh's Tomb with its mix of Vietnamese and European styles, followed by Minh Mang's Tomb which reflects Confucian architecture. You'll pass through villages known for conical hats and incense sticks before returning to your hotel around 4:00 to 5:00 pm.

Hue to Hoi An
You'll have breakfast at the hotel, then transfer to Hoi An by private vehicle. The route takes you over Hai Van Pass, also called the Cloudy Pass, which is a winding mountain road with views of lush countryside, sandy beaches, and the blue East Sea. When you arrive in Hoi An, you'll be driven to your hotel and the rest of your day is open for whatever you'd like to do.

Hoi An
Today is yours to explore Hoi An however you want. You can rent a bicycle at your hotel and ride around town toward the riverside or beach. At the beach, you can swim in the warm, calm waters and then relax at small cafes with fresh fruit drinks. If you're interested in tailoring, visit a tailor shop to have clothes, bags, or shoes made overnight. In the evening, walk through the charming Old Town as shop owners light their lanterns, creating a magical feel. You might catch colorful street performances happening in the evening.

Hoi An to Ho Chi Minh City
After breakfast and some relaxing time at your hotel, you'll fly from Hoi An to Ho Chi Minh City (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes). Your transfer from the airport takes you to your hotel in the city center. In the afternoon, you'll visit Independence Palace, also known as Reunification Palace, a well-known landmark designed by architect Ngo Viet Thu. You'll also see French Colonial buildings like Notre Dame Cathedral and the historic Central Post Office. The day ends at the War Remnants Museum, which shows exhibits from the Indochina wars.

Ho Chi Minh City to Can Tho
Start with a hearty breakfast, then head to the Mekong Delta. Your guide meets you in the hotel lobby around 7:15 to 7:30 am and you travel to My Tho on the Mekong River's left side. From there, you'll board a sampan and cruise around four islands: Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise. You'll stop at Unicorn Island to walk through country lanes and see orchards. There are fruit plantations to visit where you can taste tropical fruits and hear folk songs. Next, you'll take a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal, visit family workshops and honey-bee farms with tastings of honey tea and coconut candy. After traditional Vietnamese lunch, you can cycle around Tan Thach village or relax in a hammock before heading to Can Tho.

Can Tho to Ho Chi Minh City
Have an early breakfast, then take a leisurely boat trip exploring the tributaries of the Lower Mekong River, also called the Bassac River. You'll visit Cai Rang floating market, which is the liveliest market in the region. Next, there's a walk to a fruit plantation and a local noodle factory. You'll see Binh Thuy communal house and Munir Ansay Pagoda, a distinctive Khmer pagoda known for its unique structure. After lunch, you'll return to Ho Chi Minh City.
