Day 1 Krakow Old Town – 100 % Private. The Krakow Old Town guided tour is an unforgettable experience. While sightseeing you will see the most important monuments related to old Krakow and its buildings. You will see the places associated with the greatest citizens of Poland: the famous astronomer Mikolaj Kopernik, Father Maksymilian Kolbe – the martyr of Auschwitz, and the great Pope John Paul II. The guide will also take you to the "Polish Acropolis," the legendary Wawel Hill, where in the cathedral crypts rest the Polish rulers and where the beautiful renaissance castle of the Polish kings is located. Day 2 Auschwitz-Birenau - 100 % Private. Auschwitz-Birkenau camp is a shocking place that witnessed unimaginable human suffering and pain. The camp in Auschwitz was established in occupied Poland in mid 1940. Day 3 Wieliczka Salt Mine. The Salt Mine in Wieliczka is one of the most important monuments in Poland, and over one million visitors from all over the world visit this unique place every year. Day 4 Krakow Jewish Quarter and Ghetto - 100 % Private. Kazimierz is now a historic district of Krakow, which for centuries was seen as the Jewish capital city of the former Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.

You forgot to mention that the airport arrival transfer included the guest needing to be picked up upon arrival. Kindly provide the full name of the hotels and the room type that the guest will be booked in. The price of almost $1,200 is exceptionally high. I asked if you could make the price around $900- $950 per person, as you know, almost the whole group are kids...

    • Krakow Tour GuideOperatorWritten January 2026

Unfortunately, there is no discount for children. However, I can offer you a reduced price of $950 per person and include a free airport transfer for the entire group. The hotels are always well-located and have high ratings on Google Maps and Booking.com. The exact names are usually provided a few months before the tour begins.

Most of my family are US citizens, but my wife is an Indonesian citizen, and I believe she will need a visa to enter countries in Europe.

    • Krakow Tour GuideOperatorWritten January 2026

Yes, citizens of the United States, of course, do not need a visa to travel to the European Union. However, Indonesian citizens must apply for a visa and should contact their own embassy for assistance.

They are now 6 guests instead of the original 10 guests. 4 adults and 2 kids. I hope the price still remain $950 per person.

    • Krakow Tour GuideOperatorWritten January 2026

In this case the price will remain the same but without the airport transfer. The airport transfer cost will therefore be additional: USD 56 for one VAN (if the group arrives together and has a maximum of 4 suitcases), or USD 86 for two cars (if people arrive separately).

Do you mean that after the payment, we will receive a program PDF on your company's letterhead, right? Official program document from your company... what document you will provide us to apply for the visa at the embassy.

    • Krakow Tour GuideOperatorWritten January 2026

I have already sent you the program. After booking the tour, TourRadar will generate for you a document: an agreement and you will get from me the program of the tour. This program will be available on TourRadar system, it will look exactly the same like the program I sent you including the signature.
