Auschwitz Birkinau was a somber experience and was very challenging for me. You should come mentally prepared for it.

Seweryn called and made an arraignment to meet the priest and tour the church. The detour was perfect. Seweryn exceeded our expectations. In addition to being a tour guide he acted as
our interpreter. Seweryn was fantastic. We highly recommend him for anyone going to Krakow.

From the time of booking the tour, Seweryn proved to be an excellent communicator, making sure we were carefully informed of all the important details of the trip. Seweryn expertly and flawlessly handled a myriad of details, from early arrivals, airport pickup and transfers, museum tickets, late departures, etc.
An avid student and teacher of history, Seweryn’s knowledge of Krakow is very impressive and he made sure that each stop on our tour was meaningful to us.
Importantly, when needed, Seweryn, without missing a beat, quickly and efficiently adjusted the trip to meet our particular needs and preferences.
His recommendations for restaurants were superb. We especially liked The Black Duck!

Visiting Auschwitz is astounding and educational seeing the exact concentration camp is mind-blowing. Schindler's factory and artifacts are remarkable. I recommended these areas to be visited by younger generation to learn from history, and avoid the same mistakes Nazi made.
By the way St. Mary's Basilica in Krakow square Gothic altarpice is mesmerizing.

We stayed in the Jewish quarter, recently rejuvenated by being the setting for some of the Schindler’s List movie. All of the area, as well as the Old Town and Wewel Castle were within walking distance. Both the booking experience, all communications, rebooking because of Covid, and pre-trip reminders were handled in en effective and timely manner. We would definitely recommend Tourradar to our friends.

From the very beginning of our correspondence to the end of my tours, Seweryn was an absolute star. Obviously, with travelling alone to a new country, I had a lot of questions not only about the tours but also threw in some other questions that I needed answering about Krakow - Seweryn was a complete sweetheart and answered everything I asked and was so very helpful. What a wonderful week of tours I had. Seweryn is so knowledgeable and passionate about his subjects and made every tour that I did with him so interesting, educational and entertaining. He was always on time to meet me, was happy to answer any questions that I asked as we went about our tours, and was available for contact via Whatsapp if necessary. He organized the tour to Auschwitz and the driver who picked me up was on time and very friendly, a good driver and had everyone organized into our groups once there, ensuring we knew where we were going and with whom. I had read reviews of Seweryn before making my bookings and I can wholeheartedly say that he deserves every one of his five-star reviews. He is an excellent tour guide and I highly recommend him.
