What airport are we flying out of on day one? What time will the flight leave?

On the first day, you'll usually be flying out from Manila Terminal 3 to Boracay. We typically arrange the flight to depart around 12:00 PM or later, so you'll have a more relaxed start to your day.

How much more is to up-grade to 4 or 5 star hotels for the whole tour?

We would like to know the price if we upgrade to 4 star hotels in all locations.

For upgrading to 4-star hotels in all locations, there is an additional cost of USD 1,000.

We would be flying to Manila from Melbourne, Australia. What time would our flight from Australia have to arrive to catch the connecting flight to join the tour.

If you'll be flying into Manila from Melbourne, we usually recommend booking your international flight to arrive in the morning, so you can comfortably connect to a domestic flight departing from around 1:00 PM onwards (subject to availability). This allows enough time for immigration clearance, baggage claim, and transfer between terminals if needed. For this tour, there won't be one physical guide accompanying you throughout the entire trip. However, a local guide will be present during each scheduled tour activity included in your itinerary. All airport and activity transfers are arranged on a shared basis, so someone will meet you at the airport, bring you to your hotel, and pick you up for your scheduled tours. In between activities, you'll have free time to relax or explore at your own pace. You'll just need mobile data or internet access so we can stay in touch smoothly.

What day should I arrive in Manila and depart Manila for this tour?

We highly recommend arriving in Manila on 24 January and staying 1 night. You may plan your departure from Manila on February 4, or later if you'd like extra rest or free time before flying back to Australia.

What time would be the pickup and return to hotel in cebu for the moalboal trip be approximately?

For the Moalboal trip in Cebu, the pick-up time will be around 5:00 AM from your hotel. The return time is usually in the late afternoon to early evening, depending on traffic and the day's schedule.

where i will take flight to manilla im in montreal

If you're in Montreal, you'll take your flight from Montréal–Trudeau International Airport going to Manila (Philippines). There are usually 1–2 layovers along the way since there's no direct flight. Just let me know your travel dates.

What dates in January is this tour definitely going? I am looking for this tour departing the 10th of January and before the 20th. Please also advise the size of the group booked and average age

Unfortunately, at the moment we don't have availability for the January dates you're looking for. This is due to the absence of direct flights from El Nido to Manila during that period. If you're open to alternative months or would like us to suggest other tour options that might suit your travel window, I'd be more than happy to help.

This was the most disorganized tour I have ever taken. It started when I made many phone calls and wrote asking for the the details of the first day. I only got a response after. flight to The Philippines. The excuse I got was that there was a holiday in Philippines and there was no one available until January 6th, which was the day I departed for the tour. Upon arriving to Manila's hotel we asked at what time we would be picked up to start the tour, the told us 1:30 p.m. We showed up early 12:45 for our 1:30 departure only to be told that we were supposed to be picked up at 10;00 a.m. The only option the three of us had was to take another flight to Boracay at the cost of $300 dollars.($100 per person). We are asking that this money be refunded to us. After that we had to ask every day at what time we would be picked up for airports and only be notified the night before the flight. And at the end the trip at Puerto Princesa we were told that the flight was cancelled because of wind, and if we wanted to catch our international flight to Japan we had to take a six hour van ride to Clark and after that, take another two to three hour ride on a van to get to Manila and pay 3000 pesos (!,000 pesos per person).This was the most uncomfortable ride for over ten hours. We had paid reservations at the Hyatt Hotel and we arrived at 2:00 a.m, We only had three hours rest at the Hotel in order to catch our flight. We ask that the extra money we spent be reimbursed to us. Please respond.Show more

Regarding daily pickup times, these are sometimes confirmed the evening before due to operational adjustments. However, we recognize that receiving updates late — particularly without reliable mobile data — made this far more difficult, and this is something we are actively working to improve. As for the flight disruption toward the end of the trip, the cancellation was unfortunately due to weather conditions, which are beyond anyone’s control. That said, we truly empathize with how exhausting and uncomfortable the long land transfer was and how it affected your rest and onward travel plans. We’re very sorry for the physical toll this took on you. Your concerns about the additional expenses you incurred have been noted. Did not follow through with our requests (i.e. having a proper bed in the room not a roll away, providing tour operators medical history so they are aware of food issues (anaphylaxis). Constantly kept waiting for transfers to arrive, up to 2 hours. Being told the wrong information (i.e. were told to wait at a certain point, tour operator told somewhere different. Being sent pick up info for the wrong airport). Flight times were not conducive to fulfill the itinerary. E.g the morning is yours to enjoy Boracay…….. our pick up time was 7:30-8am!!Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before November 3rd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 3rd, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with CTPH TOUR. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and CTPH TOUR will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "CTPH TOUR" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
