  Company sold me a tour with some dates that were not real for me to complete. The tour agency In Istanbul has to cancel part of my tour to do not lose it all. I was completely disappointed about it, luckily I was there one day before and checked with the agency before that happend. Also the bus transport from Istanbul to Göreme was the cheapest they could find not good state of the buses. The driver of the bus in the way back was very bad and the other Turkish people in the bus called the police. We had 2 hours delays as the driver could not drive anymore.Show more

  Dear TourRadar Users, We'd like to thank our guest for this feedback, above all. We think there's a misunderstanding on our guest's side here, since we do NOT sell anything without our guests' intention or willing. This is way too far from our vision statement as a reliable company. One of the main purposes why Travel Tips Turkey has been established is to satisfy the expectations of the travellers who would like to visit Turkey with an enjoyment, great memories as well as an utmost cost-benefit ratio. We had to cancel the last 2 days of the guest's 4-day tour because he came to the office to tell us only 1 day before his tour started that his flight was going to depart before the tour ends. Although (including the dates) on the itinerary everything had been clearly and completely stated, although all of their non-refundable reservations had been made, although even there was a mistake on the cost of the tour by our fault (which was way much less than the actual), we did NOT want to upset the guest before their experience and provided the full refund for these 2 days. We had the right not to do it in terms of TourRadar's cancellation policy. On the other hand, we could simply cancel the WHOLE tour with a full refund too, yet we wanted them to have a great time on those 2 days in Cappadocia since we were sure that they could not find that kind of competative price on the market, especially at the last minute considering the national holiday week in Turkey. It seems like we have made a wrong decision after reading this unfortunate review. We would like to pass our apologies for the bus issue to our guest. It was very busy period because of the national holiday week, but, of course that couldn't be an excuse of the bus company. Upon our staff meeting on Friday, we had decided to change the company already. Despite of the bus issue, it seems like the guests have enjoyed the rest of their trip. We don't think we deserve a review point of 2 out of 5 for this tour anyway. When we want to do everything for our guests and see this we really feel helpless. No matter what we will keep our way with much better service for our guests sticking our ultimate mission. Travel Tips Turkey Team
