    hi there I was just wondering if I booked the tour and didn't want to do an activity that is on the itinerary if I could skip that day. I'm referring to the Thailand and Vietnam intro for 29 days it's only because in the itinerary it has a zip lining on there on one of the days but I have a server phobia of zip lines so I was hoping to skip that activity thankyou

      We have recently removed the ziplinning activity from our trip. Day 14 is now a full day trip exploring the culture and natural wonders of Chiang Mai. It will begin with visiting the most iconic temple of Chiang Mai, the sacred mountainside wonder of Doi Suthep, followed by lunch at a local farm before a short trek to the famous 'sticky waterfalls' for a swim and to explore the beautiful national park.     I'm just wondering about the cancellation policy on this tour? I'm really interested in going however would like to know if there's any situations whereby you can cancel as a result from Covid with travel restrictions etc?

      We are offering complete flexibility for cancellations. If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the start date of the Tour, your Tour can be changed or moved free of charge. A cancellation fee of 25% of the Tour value will apply. If you cancel within 30 days of the Tour start date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the Tour value will apply.

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
