    Regarding the pickup time on Day 2, it depends on the ferry departure time. If they travel by high-speed ferry, the pickup would be around 8:00 AM. If they would prefer a pickup closer to 9:00 AM, they can choose the option of adding a domestic flight from Athens to Mykonos instead.

    Regarding the onion allergy, we will inform the hotels accordingly. Please note that this package includes daily breakfast and one dinner during the Santorini tour, if they choose the package that includes this excursion. We will also notify the tour operator about the allergy for the included dinner.

  It can take 2 days before you can see the money on your bank because it is transferred to a German account.

    The packages mentioned in your message — Santorini, Paros & Naxos Islands with Guided Tours – Premium and Paros, Naxos, Santorini & Milos with Guided Tours – Premium — do not include any nights in Athens. However, we can certainly add an extra night in Athens at the beginning or at the end of the trip, depending on your clients' preferences. Please also let me know if your clients would like to include a private tour in Athens, and whether they would be interested in having the Santorini tour in private as well, so I can adjust the quotation accordingly.

  We are thinking of this tour which ends in Athens on 14th May. We think we would choose to stay in Athens and go to the airport on 15th May. We understand we would have to pay for the extra night in the hotel but would you still transport us back to the airport? Is the hotel selected for the 14th centrally located so that we could easily look round Athens?

    Yes, if you decide to extend your stay in Athens until 15 May, we can certainly arrange the extra night at the hotel. The airport transfer can still be included on 15 May, even though the tour officially ends on 14 May. We will simply adjust the transfer according to your new departure date.
    
    Regarding the hotel location, the hotels we use in Athens are carefully selected for their convenient and central locations, allowing you to explore the city easily on foot or by short metro rides. You will be able to visit key highlights such as the Acropolis area, Plaka, Monastiraki, and Syntagma Square comfortably.

    This specific package doesn't operate in winter (November-December) because ferry connections between the islands are suspended/very limited. Mykonos has limited hotel availability in winter, and many properties close for the season.

    Customization in Santorini – Yes, we can customize your accommodation in Santorini if you prefer a different hotel option. The standard package includes 3★ hotels, while the premium package features 4★ hotels. If you would like to book your own accommodation in Santorini, that's possible as well, but the package price would need to be adjusted accordingly. We don't offer shared rooms with travelers you don't know. All prices are per person, based on a double room shared with your companion. If you travel alone, a single supplement applies. This is not a semi-guided group tour. The package includes only one tour on Day 9 in Santorini. For the rest of the days, you'll enjoy the trip independently, not as part of a large group.
