  While we enjoyed the trip, the value added by Tourradar is average. I rated 5 star because we booked late and you took care of everything for us. I would have preferred pre-arranged car rentals, prepayment if hotel tax, activities planned in Athens and Herkalion. The hotel rooms were nice and well located.. The ONLY negative of the trip was coming back from the volcano trip at Santorini. We waited 20 minutes in hot sun and directed to the wrong bus. This bus took us the wrong direction for 45 minutes and I had to pay for a bus to take us to the hotel (another hour). Really upset by the at experience after a long day. Bottom line, if I had the time I could have done much better than your arrangements and saved plenty of money. But, I would absolutely recommend you for last minute shoppers. The agents where very helpful (aside from the non-existent Herkalion… what happened there? Just dump us off and good luck? Crazy… Overal, It was a decent value and ultimately I’m happy you helped us!Show more

It is not need to paid so much money for something that you can do much better The hotel were 4 starts but most of them the location was inconvenient I have to say that they were always on time and responding the e mail and WhatsApp fast Remember you paid just for arrangements of hotels and transportation and you have to pay city taxes in hotels ...Show more

As I personally met you in Athens and provided you all this information and the distances - even in the Google Maps Platform - we are deeply sorry for not giving us the chance to try to amend something that you didn’t like, by telling us.
