Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are delighted to hear how much you enjoyed your tour and that the Travel Director made such a positive impression with his knowledge, humour and excellent organisation. We are equally pleased that the Coach Driver’s skill and professionalism in navigating the more challenging roads helped you to feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey. Your kind words will be shared with both the Travel Director and Coach Driver, who will be so pleased to know their efforts made your experience so memorable. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you on another tour in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent Best of Scotland tour. We truly understand how disappointing it must have been regarding the optional tours and how the information was conveyed to you. For those who like to have itinerary details ahead of time, we kindly encourage you to visit our website. Each itinerary is designed to provide complete information about the tours and sites that will be explored, including meals and details about optional experiences and pricing. This information will also be included in your final travel documents before your departure. We also recognise your concerns about the bus and hotel accommodations. We sincerely apologise for the discomfort you experienced with the coach being too cramped. If you’re looking for more space in the future, our sister company, Insight Vacations, offers coaches that are specially configured with only 40 seats, ensuring more legroom, similar to business class. Their Classic tours accommodate a maximum of 40 guests, and their Small Group departures have only 24. Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we genuinely appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. We hope you'll consider traveling with us again in the future, as we would love the opportunity to provide you with a better experience.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We appreciate hearing about your positive experience with our On The Road Team and their exceptional service to our valued guests. We're pleased that your Travel Director presented the exciting itinerary so well. Exploring so much of this fascinating country in a snapshot of time can be quite an adventure. While we always strive to include the perfect amount of time at each location for in-depth discovery, there are inevitably places we wish we could stay longer and more sights we could accommodate. Nevertheless, we're delighted you enjoyed your experience and look forward to travelling with you again.
