a single bag per person is allowed with dimensions not exceeding 30"x18"x10" (76x46x25cm) and weight not exceeding 50lbs. (23kg). Carry-on/hand luggage is restricted to one piece per person as well, not exceeding 12"x11"x6" (30x28x14cm) to fit under the coach seat or in the small overhead compartment.

What do I need for travel insurance on my trip?

It’s highly recommended to have travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events during the trip.

Are there additional fees for extra nights at the hotel?

Extra nights may incur additional costs, and arrangements should be made directly with the hotel.

Is there a tour starting on January 24 or 25?

We unfortunately do not have departures on January 24 or 25 for this tour. None of our Scotland tours are available on those dates. We can help you explore other available tours if you're interested.

How can I find out the meeting point at the hotel?

You will meet your Travel Director and the group at the hotel during the welcome reception on the first day.

Would my room cost more? How do we get from Glasgow back to Edinburgh?

For a solo traveler, we offer two options: A single room with the single supplement included or a twin share room where you will be paired with a stranger of the same gender. Please note that if you plan to return to Edinburgh, the cost will be at your own expense, as the trip ends in Glasgow.

Their Classic tours accommodate a maximum of 40 guests, and their Small Group departures have only 24.
