      The departure June 29th is not guaranteed as we haven't reached the minimum of guests yet to be able to operate the tour. However, we still have space on the guaranteed departure on July 20th.

    When you look at the itinerary, there are several days that it appears to include a breakfast or a lunch (picnic). However, when viewing the brochure it clearly states that meals are not included, but makes no mention that some breakfast and lunch meals will be provided. Can you clarify this for me?

    Can you please advise by what time we should plan to arrive in Whitehorse for the beginning of the trip - and what flight time we could plan for at the end of the trip (after landing in Whitehorse) from Inuvik?

      We always recommend booking a post night as the flight from Inuvik to Whitehorse is scheduled to arrive in the afternoon or late afternoon. As for the arrival day, it's best to arrive early afternoon in Whitehorse. We usually have the "meet and greet" and the city tour scheduled at around 3 pm.

    Planning on a private tour of Arctic explorer in late August 2026. The group size will be about 20. All aged 75+. Most would prefer vegetarian food. I see your quoted price doesn't include any meals. I would like to see types hotels and restaurants you may choose. Late August is preferred to get an opportunity to see the aurora. Can you provide a preliminary itinerary including the aurora sighting and candidate accommodation and choice of restaurants? You may extend the tour by a couple of days if needed.
