The tour guides were all well organized and punctual. What I really liked was that you always had a contact person via Whatsapp who you could turn to if something went wrong...and we were always helped! Great! The hotel in Bangkok, and especially in Phuket, was not particularly good. Perhaps a better alternative could be found here. In Bangkok the rooms were a bit stuffy and you couldn't open a window. In Phuket you had a balcony with a great view, but the quality of the breakfast was not so good. Everything was great in Chiang Mai! Thank you very much! I enjoyed the elephant sanctuary, i also did the tigers on my own and had a wonerful time. Everyone was wonderful and i felt safe at all times even at night.
