  I really would rate the company a 4.7 The Sales Manager of Viet Long Ms. Thanh Loan was in contact with us throughout the trip making sure everything was to our satisfaction. Saigon was a busy place and sadly to us was like Mumbai. The motorbikes were overwhelming and even parked near the Acnos Hotel. Our guide Mr. Dung made the provided tour very interesting and spent a good amount of time at the Cu Chi Tunnels which was the highlight of Saigon to us. The hotel in Cambodia JK Resident and the tour guide Mr.Bunrith were excellent and surpassed our expectations. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and we felt absolutely safe in Siem Reap. Hoi An was the highlight of the Vietnam side of the trip. I organized all my activities prior to going to Vietnam but the guide was most helpful in taking us to a good tailor and shoe shop, as well as strongly suggesting we do the Memories show, which was amazing. The hotel La Charm was the best hotel in terms of location, service and breakfast spread. A wonderful stay. Hanoi was another bustling place and even though the hotel was conveniently located and the service was good, there was need for especially the bathroom to be better. The Ha Long Bay guide Mr Durong was super entertaining, enthusiastic and knowledgeable and enhanced the tour with his personality. My one issue with the tour operator's itinerary is I wish the flights from one part of the country to another would have been either early morning or later in the afternoon to give us more time to explore the place. Tours are hard to do when the flights are in the middle of the day.Show more

  Another unforgettable journey with Viet Long Travel. We’ve done several tours with Viet Long Travel and this one was easily one of the most memorable. We love how they balance must-see highlights with more local, authentic experiences. In Saigon, we explored markets, sampled amazing street food, and got great insights into Vietnam’s modern history. Then we flew to Siem Reap for a magical few days exploring Angkor Wat and surrounding temples—it was well-paced, with time to relax in the evenings. Hoi A was a peaceful change of scenery and a great spot to try a cooking class (which they helped us arrange). Hanoi had a more traditional feel with charming old streets and a vibrant energy. Ending the trip in Halong Bay on a cruise was such a treat—calm waters, beautiful limestone islands, and great service. Every hotel and transfer was well arranged, and the guides across both countries were excellent. We keep coming back to Viet Long because they know how to take care of every detail.Show more

Every stop was so thoughtfully planned – from the buzzing energy of Saigon to the peaceful beauty of Halong Bay. Angkor Wat absolutely took our breath away, and Hoi An was like stepping into a postcard. The guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and spoke great English, which made everything so much easier.   We took this 13-day Vietnam & Cambodia tour as a family (with our two teenage kids), and it was absolutely fantastic! The trip was well-paced, with a great mix of history, culture, adventure, and relaxation. The kids loved exploring the Cu Chi Tunnels, and we were all in awe of Angkor Wat’s beauty. Hoi An was our favorite stop—so peaceful and charming, and the kids had a blast at the lantern-making workshop. Ha Long Bay was another highlight; kayaking between the limestone islands felt like something out of a movie! Our guides were fantastic—super knowledgeable and great with the kids. The accommodations and food were excellent, with plenty of options to try local dishes. This tour made Vietnam & Cambodia feel so welcoming and easy to explore. A must-do for families!Show more

The Cu Chi Tunnels tour provided profound insights into the country's history. Hoi A charmed us with its lantern-lit streets and tailor shops, where we had custom outfits made. Hanoi's Old Quarter was a maze of culture and cuisine; the street food tour is a must! Halong Bay's overnight cruise was a highlight, with its surreal limestone karsts and tranquil waters.
