  I am booking for my parents (mom and dad). But, when I get to your booking page, I only see that 1 space is left. Before I book I want to make sure my parents would be confirmed on the august 1st to august 9th trip.

Since we depend on situations outside our control like the evolution of the pandemic, vaccination rates and border policies set by each country, we evaluate our destinations week by week in order to make a decision whether to operate it or not. Additionally, we strongly recommend that you find out beforehand all requirements and restrictions you may have to comply in order to enter the countries you plan to visit to avoid any setback, for we will not be held liable should any entry impediments should arise during your trip.

  Can you please advise what will be the exact end time for the tour? The travellers have a flight departing from London Heathrow at 10:30 AM and wondering if they will have enough time to get to the airport.

    I got the Quote for CAD $8288 for 4 travellers ( Cad $2072 per person) from your colleague Tetiana. Hence your Total price CA $ 10,172.12 (CA $ 2543.03 per traveller) Kindly note the error and your quote is not at all acceptable for us. Hope you will honor the initial quote from your colleague Tetiana, after resolving this issue we will proceed further.

    Day 9 GLASGOW, LONDON. Total distance covered: 640 km. Countryside: Pretty hilly scenery and fields. Depending on the number of travellers, the route from Glasgow to London may be made by bus, train or plane (trip without guide). If travelling by bus, departure will be in the morning (at around 10.00hrs) with expected Arrival in London at around 19.00hrs (stops on the way to rest and for lunch). If the trip is done by train, the departure will normally be mid-morning and the trip takes around 5 hours (end of circuit upon arrival at the station).

  Do we get to see a glimpse of the Glenfinnan viaduct or the Jacobite Steam Train at all during the course of this trip, even if it's from the bus or a viewpoint? Also, is the Alnwick Castle a full visit (where we get to explore inside) or are we just seeing it from afar?

    The closest stop to Glenfinnan viaduct that the tour does is the stop in Fort Williams, and it is approximately 40 minutes away by road, when the stop according to the itinerary is only 45 minutes, so passengers would not even have to time to get to the place by your own means.
    
    Regarding Alnwick Castle, a stop in Alnwick is scheduled on the itinerary: Medieval town dominated by its large castle. Attractive gardens. This was one of the backdrops for the Harry Potter film. Time to visit the castle (admission not included) or to stroll around. Note: the castle will be shut during the winter months (01 October-31 March).

We will go on a nature walk on pleasant paths of low difficulty level (great for hikers of all fitness levels and ages) along the banks of the white waters of River Braan and next to a magical woodland of giant Douglas fir trees.

  Can you let me know how much walking is involved? I have lung cancer so I'm not able to walk up and down hills very well. My girlfriend and I are both in our 70s. So does this trip makes sense for us?

    Children under 3 years. A discount of 80% will be applied, being entitled only to a bus seat and assistance insurance (see coverage and exclusions). Parents or guardians will pay directly for any service they may require (crib, etc.) to the service provider. Important: it is essential that you inform us if a child under 3 years old is travelling, especially in the case of Privatized trips or the Travel Charter where it is mandatory to have a specific approved means of restraint in the van for these vehicles in case of travelling child.

    On day one we pick up our passengers at LONDON 's airport throughout the day, you just have to send your flight schedule and we'll be waiting for you. On the last day the tour finishes at our arrival in London around 8pm. Should you need it we may provide a post-night tour guaranteed at the hotel we arrive, the cost per person in double room is 115 euros, buffet breakfast included.
