As you well know, it was a colleague's mistake when he told you that the cruise had been cancelled, after less than 2 days, he promptly notified you to inform you of the confirmation. Regarding the cabin, which you wanted to underline, you give me the opportunity to clarify that the upper deck cabins are limited in number and subject to availability at the time of booking. Your last minute reservation, approximately 20 days before departure regarding the upper deck cabin for solo travelers was currently no longer available. I must also underline that I am not aware of other passengers' complaints on board, I also remind you that the 18 cabins on board are not only marketed by my company but also by others so if other passengers have had problems with their agency this is not it can concern me. It is somewhat incorrect, not having specified that you unfortunately did not participate in the cruise, having to cancel the reservation a few days before departure, as you have pointed out so it was not possible to reimburse it. , but would have subsequently also wanted a refund. Entering into detail, due to problems with the boat and for safety reasons, the Deluxe category vessel has been replaced with a slightly superior premium category boat. Because of this inconvenience, we proceeded to provide adequate reimbursement to the other 2 couples who took part in the cruise, recognizing the inconvenience and having to pay for some services previously included. In your case, instead, it was not possible to proceed with a refund , having canceled the booking few days before departure and not having traveled to Croatia, you did not have to pay the costs we have reimbursed to the other couples. Having we paid to the captain the entire cost (for the deluxe cruise) we were unable to provide any refund to you,since for the Captain your cancellation was like a no show. The policy of our reimbursement company is very clear and transparent, we do not hesitate and we have never hesitated to reimburse customers in the event of mistakes,that can happen. Nature TripsOperator•Written July 2025Unfortunately September is a high season month for cruises in Croatia, we do not have any main or upper deck available on any of our ship. We do have few lower deck left on the route Split to Dubrovnik. Are your travel dates flexible?
