Unfortunately September is a high season month for cruises in Croatia, we do not have any main or upper deck available on any of our ship. We do have few lower deck left on the route Split to Dubrovnik. Are your travel dates flexible?

Is there an option for accommodation before the cruise?

Yes, you can book pre-cruise accommodation for additional nights in Split.

How many people are on the ship?

The total number of people on each ship is between 32 to 36 passengers

What is the timing for arriving at the airport after the cruise?

You will need to provide your flight timing so transfers can be scheduled accordingly.

What ship will be used for the cruise?

The cruise will take place on the MV Fantazia, a deluxe motor boat with modern amenities.

How can I check for available accommodations?

When will your dates for 2025 be available?

before the 10th October we should have upload all the available dates for 2025. We are finalizing the last details and it's really a matter of days before publishing the new pricing - dates

You will receive travel documents, including the day-to-day schedule of activities.

The boat and crew were amazing. The itinerary was great! The administration was terrible and really needs a lot of work. This was the opinion of most passengers I spoke to onboard. Personally, I was told my cruise was cancelled when it was not. I was told 2 days after that that it was a mistake. I also had a room change from the one I booked, which was a general criticism from other passengers too.Show more

As you well know, it was a colleague's mistake when he told you that the cruise had been cancelled, after less than 2 days, he promptly notified you to inform you of the confirmation. Regarding the cabin, which you wanted to underline, you give me the opportunity to clarify that the upper deck cabins are limited in number and subject to availability at the time of booking. Your last minute reservation, approximately 20 days before departure regarding the upper deck cabin for solo travelers was currently no longer available. I must also underline that I am not aware of other passengers' complaints on board, I also remind you that the 18 cabins on board are not only marketed by my company but also by others so if other passengers have had problems with their agency this is not it can concern me. Clean ship and impeccable services on board, comfortable and spacious cabin on the main deck (I recommend choosing an upper deck cabin). Excellent meals served on board. The chef was really good. We loved the opportunity to visit so many islands and villages. Operator service is available and punctual. Recommended.Show more

I would not recommend Nature Trips for their cruises in Croatia. We were 3 couples booking a deluxe cruise from Split to Dubrovnik. One of the couples had to cancel late (no refund, that was understandable). The other 2 couples went on the trip and at the last minute they cancelled the deluxe cruise and put them in a lower cruise that did not go to the same islands as the original cruise. They gave partial refund to the 2 couples that did go on the trip, but no partial refund to the couple that had to cancel even though the deluxe cruise they booked never existed. Their are many other Croatia cruise company's available, I would book with one of them and avoid Nature Trip cruises.Show more

Dear Mr. Blyer, Thanks for your message, however we are sorry to read such review which affect our company just because we were unable to provide a refund. It is somewhat incorrect, not having specified that you unfortunately did not participate in the cruise, having to cancel the reservation a few days before departure, as you have pointed out so it was not possible to reimburse it. , but would have subsequently also wanted a refund. Entering into detail, due to problems with the boat and for safety reasons, the Deluxe category vessel has been replaced with a slightly superior premium category boat. Because of this inconvenience, we proceeded to provide adequate reimbursement to the other 2 couples who took part in the cruise, recognizing the inconvenience and having to pay for some services previously included. In your case, instead, it was not possible to proceed with a refund , having canceled the booking few days before departure and not having traveled to Croatia, you did not have to pay the costs we have reimbursed to the other couples. Having we paid to the captain the entire cost (for the deluxe cruise) we were unable to provide any refund to you,since for the Captain your cancellation was like a no show. The policy of our reimbursement company is very clear and transparent, we do not hesitate and we have never hesitated to reimburse customers in the event of mistakes,that can happen.
