Observing the Bhutanese people find joy in simplicity,their warm hospitality, helpfulness, and gentle humility, reminded me how profoundly beautiful and uncomplicated life can be. We paused to meditate on the trail, breathing in crisp mountain air and leaving behind worldly distractions and the bustle of news.
