  Very special tour with great hospitality of Sharma family. We spent a wonderful time with them, ate tasty home made meals and took part in family celebrations and functions. After finishing the first part if the tour, we decided to extend our stay by adding Leh. It was incredible and astonishing. The mountain views were so beautiful. Our contact with Paylesstoursindia employees was fantastic and smooth. They responded immediately and always provided useful advice. We highly recommend this tour operator.Show more

  We had the pleasure of having Prakash as our driver for a long journey through North India, travelling from Delhi to Shimla, Manali, Dharamshala, Amritsar and back to Delhi. The distances were long and the mountain roads can be challenging but Prakash handled every day with complete professionalism and care. From the very beginning he was attentive, knowledgeable and always available whenever we needed transport to breakfast, dinner or any additional stop. He shared valuable knowledge about India, including realistic travel times, local culture and important safety tips such as being aware of pickpockets in busy areas. What impressed us most was his calm and professional attitude. Even during stressful travel days or when we as customers had high expectations, he remained cool, patient and solution focused. Prakash frequently went above and beyond his role. When I had an issue with my luggage, he personally went to a store to help solve the problem. He also recommended one of the best restaurants we experienced in India, which turned out to be excellent. One particularly special moment of the trip was when we stayed at a homestay in Dharamshala that is part of his family home. After spending many days travelling together and getting to know him, it felt incredibly personal and authentic to experience a place connected to his own life. It was one of the most memorable parts of our journey. Whenever we stopped at attractions, Prakash always gave clear instructions on where and when to meet and he stayed close to the vehicle to watch over our belongings, which gave us great peace of mind. On top of all this, Prakash was always happy, friendly and had a great sense of humour, which made the long driving days much more enjoyable. After many days travelling together we can confidently say that Prakash is an outstanding driver and guide. We always felt safe, well looked after and genuinely cared for throughout the entire journey. We highly recommend Prakash to anyone travelling in India. He played a huge role in making our trip memorable.Show more

  I did the Unique Himalaya tour with culture depth experience through Tour Radar and I am so glad I booked with Payless Tours. I was travelling Solo and my guide and driver was Prakash. As well as a good driver and providing an excellent service, (always available) he is also very knowledgeable about the people, culture and areas visited on this tour. There is flexibility in the itinerary and Prakash arranged and organised a local to guide me on a hike to the top of the Himalayas. A definite for those fit enough. Such a magical experience. I really enjoyed the Hone Stay at his house. His family were very hospitable and lovely. This experience is what stands out from other tours. It's an immersion in the areas culture.   "I booked a tour to Shimla Manali with my 3 friends. The booking process was simple and the whole tour was explained to us properly. Our tour driver and guide was prakash .Our driver and guide was incredibly knowledgeable and saw that the tour program was scheduled and on time and he has very good driving skills on all hilly roads.We learned about history, art, culture, and much more. The scenery was beautiful. We had a lot of fun at Rohtang Pass, ziplining, ropeway riding, and river rafting. We enjoyed the cultural show that Payless arranged at the end of the tour. We were happy with all the arrangements and proper care was taken of us. I would like to thank Prakash for being a wonderful driver cum guide because of whom we had a fantastic trip. This is my 2nd trip with Payless tour looking forward to more.And at the last thanks.Show more

  Had an unforgettable tour in the Himalayas! Prakash, our driver, was incredible—super friendly and helpful. Nothing was ever a problem for him, and he made sure we felt safe and comfortable the entire time, even on those winding mountain roads. His local knowledge really put us at ease.
