It was wonderful family time at Delhi, Mathura and Agra. Being a family trip I was very amazed at the personal touch given at every opportunity. Saurav booked very good hotels at Delhi and Agra. All 4 days was very well guided by our Cab Driver Deepakji. He handled our travel so professionally, maintained car to best possible extent. Never gave us any opportunity to have any discomfort. At Agra, we had a lovely experience with Tarun Joshi. He made our first experience of Taj Mahal and Agra Fort so memorable. We were taken to good hotels for lunch and dinner. Overall it was a 5 star Trip with a cool price. Thanks Saurav, Deepakji and Tarun. Keep doing such good work always. Captured few cool moments in pictures.Show more

Ghum India Ghum arranged an 18-day custom trip for me during which I visited Golden Triangle, flew to Varanasi for a few days to see the holiest of cities and to celebrate Diwali, and finally relaxed for 9 days in God's Own Country - beautiful Kerala. To demonstrate the scale, I've been to a total of 12 locations, stayed in 8 different hotels + a houseboat. It was my first time in India, and I have to say that an additional challenge for GIG team was that I am a female travelling solo. Upon my first uncertain inquiry, within a few hours they responded with detailed itinerary covering all desirable destinations and all that with a price tag that I couldn't resist booking immediately. Everyone I interacted with was professional, efficient and polite, and I completely relaxed trusting them to decide on details. Guides and drivers provided by GIG were wonderful, hotels all were carefully selected to a standard and the program was very eventful, culturally rich and entertaining. Some small issues, that are inevitable for a trip of this length and complexity, were resolved momentarily. Only real experts could have done with my 18 vacation days such a miracle. Many people made their valuable contributions and I truly appreciate the work everyone has done for me. Special thanks to James who was in touch with me throughout the Kerala portion of my trip and who made it simply fabulous, and to the owner Sarvjeet who checked with me every day to ensure I was fully satisfied. Excellent tour of Varanasi - it was as 2N/3Ds stay with packed itinerary. Ghum India Ghum driver and the local guide are very knowledgeable, bringing out the the rich history that a local can only know. Heritage walks, the Ganga Aarti, the Ghats, early morning boat ride along the Ganges, and a visit to the Vishwanath temple and Saranath - all went flawlessly, even though it was Chatt puja time and Varanasi was crowded even more with pilgrims. Saurav (GIG) is always available on whatsapp/mobile and also felt happy that he checked with us multiple times during the trip to make sure everything was fine - great way to put customer first!! Highly recommend GIG.Show more

Mr Manooj was on time picking us up, his English was excellent and he made sure we were safe during our tour. Would have liked a detailed overview of the day and what was planned, but I could have asked too. Upgraded the car size as there were 3 of us and did not want to be squished. The car was clean and comfortable. Our driver Mr Deepak was good and his English was also good. We asked to watch the Rugby world cup during the lunch break and Mr Manooj arranged it. Thank you!! Payment information
- For any tour departing before May 15th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after May 15th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Ghum India Ghum. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
