The initial booking process was faultless - the teams local knowledge helped us design the perfect 15 night tour for our needs, the service was superb all throughout the trip, Lyna was in contact everyday to ensure all was good and let us know what was happening the next day. Lyna was like a mind reader she would contact us to let us know what we were thinking to ask even before we new. The local guides for the tours arranged by Your Vietnam Travel were all exceptional - all had deep local knowledge, were friendly and spoke great English. All cars arrived exactly on time and were clean and spacious - and well air conditioned!! We must admit, we were slightly nervous about using a local firm as we have generally booked by ourselves in the past. However, we decided (probably over cautiously) to book with a locak agent so if anything did go wrong, they would be easier to contact. Obviously that was unnecessary but it removed any anxiety we had. The pricing of the trip was so much better value than any travel agent in Australia The hotels were significantly superior to what we had expected. We really can’t recommend Your Vietnam Travel highly enough (and particularly Kane and Lyna) One last shout out to our first tour guide Tom Duc deserves great praise he was very knowlageable, timely, funny and catered to our requirements.Show more
