  We took the 3 day tour which turned out to be 3 one day tours that they run each day out of Tel Aviv or Jerusalem. On the 3 day tour you stay overnight near Gallillee and join the tour busses as they come North . On our trip everyone except us was doing single day tours. The accommodation was nice - a simple , modern and clean hotel with a nice breakfast. The individual tours were good with good guides - you can read about them under reviews of the one day tours. I would have rated this 5 star were it not for communication problems about the 3 day tours - We would have ended up back in Tel Aviv both days if we hadn’t reminded the guides - in fact we were most of the way back one day and they had to put us in a taxi . On the last day we were expecting a bus to pick us up but instead a taxi arrived an hour earlier and we had to rush to get ready and held up the tour. If you take the 3 day tour just make sure you confirm all drop offs and pick ups twice! Otherwise I recommend it.Show more

  I booked a 3-day tour of the north. I was very disappointed to find that Ben Harim had put me in an isolated rural hotel on a kibbutz with no other guests. Hallways were dark and unlit. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe as a lone female traveler. They should have given guests the option to stay in downtown Nazareth just 15 minutes away. To improve my experience, I booked another hotel - on my own dime - in downtown Nazareth and checked out of the Nof Tavor. Ben Harim refused to accomodate me in the slightest possible way the next day, saying I would need to take cabs to and from the Nof Tavor, even though they were passing right through Nazareth again. I spoke to them the day I first checked into the hotel to inform them of my experience of it and they were indifferent and rude. Then on top of that, they refused to refund me for the second night that I didn't stay at the hotel. They also took us to a overrun exclusively tourist restaurant in Galilee that wasn't good at all - overpriced and poor quality. We would have had a better experience spending more time in Nazareth in the morning.Show more
