Hi Ross, Thanks for taking the time to get back to us with your review, we're very pleased to hear that in general you did enjoy your time in Jordan with us. I'm sorry you encountered a couple of issues with the hotels you were staying at; whilst this is one of our budget level tours, you should certainly have hot water and a working elevator. Based on yours and the feedback of others, along with our own accommodation checks, we have recently changed a number of the properties we work with for this tour and we're confident that these issues will not be encountered in future. Thank you for choosing to travel with us in Jordan and for taking the time to provide your post-tour feedback.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your tour feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you were unable to locate your rep on arrival in Amman. On our vouchers, we do provide arrival instructions, along with 24-hour emergency assistance telephone numbers for instances where our rep cannot be located. I do hope that you were able to locate the rep after contacting us. I'm pleased to hear that you liked the welcome meeting and that Wadi Rum was the highlight of your tour. We love taking our guests to Wadi Rum as the landscapes and Bedouin camps here are so unique. I'm very sorry to hear that you were scammed whilst in Petra. Unfortunately, there are many hawkers operating inside Petra, and we would recommend being as vigilant as possible and only purchasing from reputable stores to avoid issues. Overall, it's great to hear that you felt the tour was excellent and good value for money– please join us again in the future!

Dear Customer, Thank you for providing us with your tour feedback, we really appreciate it. Firstly, it's great to hear that you found your sales consultant to be helpful and have good knowledge. We do work hard to make sure that all of our sales team staff are very well-informed about all of the trips we offer and regularly experience the tours themselves. I'm sorry to hear that your travel documents arrived late. There can sometimes be a delay in us sending these to passengers, as we have a rule that we must receive your flight and travel insurance details first before we send final documentation. I'm also sorry to hear that you were unable to find your airport rep on arrival. We've actually made changes to our arrival service since you travelled, in order to make this a much easier experience for our passengers. Thank you once again for joining us in Jordan, we hope to welcome you again sometime in the future.
