However, please note that as the organizer, we incur high costs for such short-notice cancellations ranging from hotels to pre-booked ferries and admission fees. Since you booked through Tourradar, the cancellation fee is based on their cancellation policy which you were informed of on the tour page.

      No, the meals are not included on that trip. You can calculate about CAD 15 for breakfast, CAD 20 for lunch and CAD 30-40 for dinner per day.

      There will be a first group meeting in our tour hotel in Anchorage on the 13th at 6pm, so please make sure to arrive by then. Please let me know if you would like to book an extra night in Anchorage, we can gladly arrange that for you. Their daily rate would be CAD 360 +5% GST for a single room and CAD 390+5% GST for a double room.

    • For any tour departing before May 14th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Ruby Range Adventure will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
