Mary, this is Mina. I was trying to reach you regarding the taxi compensation for the taxi you had taken to Seville, and I tried contacting you multiple times but unfortunately could not reach you. Regarding the tours, actually the guide was not the same person every day. The tours are operated with different local guides depending on the daily tour, so each day you may meet a different guide. The day tours themselves are indeed guided as mentioned on the website, while our customer support team remains available throughout the trip to assist and provide support whenever needed through WhatsApp We sincerely apologize if the experience did not fully meet your expectations, and we truly appreciate your feedback.
