The tour is fine but we didn't realise the it has many other Spanish speaking fellow passengers; so we have only half of the tour guide's time for information.
- by Kitty KoGreat value for money. Hotel in Budapest excelent Hotel in Prague not that good One advise: share the mobile phone of the tour guide to ensure communication. We joined the tour in Budapest “next to Fortuna Boat” and the group was 15 minutes late. We stand there 15 minutes not knowing if somebody would show up. We communicate via the emergency number but it was very slow. Otherwise, great experience

While our guide was nice and funny, the price is definitely NOT worth it. First, we stayed at hostiles that were roughly $15 to $20 USD per day. One of the hostels (in Vienna) didn't even have air conditioning and was the worst place I've stayed in. Additionally, except for "walking tours" everything else is an additional cost. My question then is, WHERE IS MY MONEY GOING? Also, you do NOT spend enough time in each city before having to getting on a 4+ hour train to the next place. you literally have 1 1/2 day for each place which isn't enough time. The trip should be at least 2 full days in each city. Overall, I highly recommend NOT doing this tour. You spend more time traveling to each place and paying for extra activities. the price is definitely not worth it so save your money.
- by Amy IsmailThe people i met there were amazing, hostels were ok. More activities should be included

We recently completed a 7 day tour. Our guide was Paul and our driver was Jimmy. It was an excellent tour. Paul was very informative. Jimmy was a great driver and second chair to Paul. The local guides were great. It was nice having the same guide the entire time we were in a given city. The only issues I have were outside our guides control. Our welcome dinner service was VERY slow given the tour group were the only ones on the restaurant. We also were not given enough time to explore. That was also my fault because I went on all the optional experiences. If you go don't miss the concert in Vienna or the Budapest parliament building tour. Both amazing. I really do want to give a shout out to Paul. I don't know how he can herd all the "cats" and still have a smile on his face! He managed to not lose anyone. This was our second trip with Trafalgar and we will be planning another one.

Hotels are too far out. The tour in Prague was woeful. We will not be using you again, nor will we recommend you to anyone! Cheers JR
- by John RixonI would not classify this as a tour. There is an arrangement of travel plans set up ahead of time (hotel, transportation) but there may or may not be people in the same group (I did not have anyone participating in mine). For the accommodations you are getting, the prices are much higher than the actual cost. Furthermore, the few times I needed to contact the agency (could not find my driver one time and another time the driver ended up cancelling so I needed a taxi), there was no answer by phone or text. I am still waiting for the taxi refund 1.5 weeks later. Overall, this trip will save an individual time with regard to pre bookings, but is expensive relative to what you’re getting in return.

We really enjoyed our trip. The staff were great, the cabin was very comfortable and the food was excellent. We hired bikes at most destinations and made our way around on our own. We're a couple in our early 50's and were the amongst the youngest on the boat, we were grateful to be seated at a table with another couple in the same age bracket and have made some new friends. Also to note, anything that cost extra was very plainly pointed out so there weren't any hidden costs. Highly recomend this tour.

Enjoyed the trip. I did not like receiving the itinerary in multiple emails or three days before departure. I am a planner and prefer to have things ahead of schedule. Overall good trip
- by Yvette WrightHad a fantastic weekend in Prague with Euroadventures. Everything was planned out perfectly with a nice mix of included and guided activities and also a good amount of free time & optional activities offered (that you could book). We were a group of friends and upgraded to a nice private hotel room just a few minutes by foot from Wenceslas square. Any questions we had were promptly answered as they're always available by WhatsApp or email.. Would definitely book with them again and definitely recommend Euroadventures if you're looking for a fun organized trip that is great value for the money.

Thank you, Czechia Tours for your Moravian UNESCO heritage sites - 3 days tour. The highlight of my time in Czechia. Marek was a fabulous tour guide, Not only for his insights into the area's geography, cultural and social histories. But also sharing his passion for local food and wine. I came way feeling I really had been immersed in the Moravian countryside. Marek's relaxed manner, sense of humour and genuine interest in his clients made for a thoroughly enjoyable three day excursion. Highly recommended.
- by David AndersonThe tour in Czech exceeded expectations. Marek went out of his way to make sure the tour suited our needs and to ensure we had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend tours with Marek and his team!

I had booked a guided tour ( had the itinerary I thought was the tour I had paid for) but it was a 'do it yourself ' tour. Hotels , transport between them and city tours were booked, but otherwise I was on my own. A very scary , difficult , physically exhausting experience for an eighty year old female solo traveller. I wasn't on WhatsApp so had no documentation ( in spite of a request before I left on my holiday) and felt abandoned and terrified in Budapest. Following an email I sent from Budapest to Wanderful Holidays agent in Australia, Alberto (Tour Radar) rang me from America to explain what was happening, sent me an email with the itinerary details , and did arrange additional transport to Coach station and Train station which was most appreciated. I had 27 kilos of luggage that I had to lift into the coach and onto the train. Fortunately I had help on the train ,as the bags needed to go in the overhead locker! Taxi fares cost me almost $300 as hotels in Budapest and Vienna were way outside the city centre. Prague hotel was right in the city centre which I did appreciate. I don't know what went wrong with the booking, as there is no way I ever would have contemplated doing this trip.
- by Sandra DevesonI booked this trip because another tour fell through and TourRadar gave it to me as a replacement option. The base cost was the same as my first 7 day tour of my vacation but this one didn't provide a licensed tour guide (which my first tour did and allows you to ignore many major attraction's lines). They market as giving you free time which is actually a good selling point except that it is a bit understated. Essentially all they do is act as a slightly fancier travel agent booking lodging, travel between major cities, and maybe one general 2 hour sightseeing local tour experience per city (and I had about 2.5 days in each city). If that was my entire review I would have given it 3 stars but since I was traveling solo they charged me an extra manditory 'optional' half of the original price whereas my first tour charged 3/10 of its base price and a friend's didn't charge her any extra solo traveler fee.

This was an excellent tour and the customer service from Wise Yatra was outstanding. We were upgraded to (European) 4 star hotels, there was a What'sApp phone call to review our itinerary before the trip, our agent kept checking in with us during the trip, it was amazing.
- by Tara Da SilvaIt was an excellent package for this tour! You thought of everything: pickup from the airport and back, 4 star hotels, train tickets from city to city, rides and walking tours. You even had suggested metro trains to take! It was filled with must see sites, and yet gave us enough free time to do our own activities. It has been one of our most enjoyable trips! I will certainly recommend this package to our friends! Thank you!

I have done self-guided cycling trips in 6 different countries and have never had any issues. However, UTracks was terrible. They subcontract to AVE Travel. 1. Bike not properly tuned up upon delivery and AVE Travel was not responsive in helping us find a bike repair shop along the way. 2. Accomodation was substandard or poorly located. For example, In Cesky Krumlov, we stayed in a small run down building located on a street with boarded up buildings. The tiny rooms were located in the attic with a small window that did not open in 30 degree C temperature. Another town, we were put up outside of the city centre in a truck stop. 3. They changed our itinerary with no explanation. The trip we booked and paid for clearly included an overnight stop at Vranov. However, we were shunted off to a much smaller village of Bitov 4 kms away where there is nothing of interest. The hotel was particularly grim. Hotel Bitov is run down and filthy. The toilet seat in my room was cracked and stained, the rugs were infested with dead bugs and curling at the edges. The drapes were coated with heavy dust that spread into the room when closed. Why was our itinerary changed? To add insult to injury, when we emailed UTracks with our concerns, we heard NOTHING back. All they are interested in is booking the trips with no concern for the comfort and safety of their riders.
- by Anne FullerAn amazing way to see the countryside and to be able to visit different towns and villages of the Czech Republic. Henry our driver was outstanding as a support guide and getting us settled in each hotel. Couldn't have asked for anyone better. And George as our actual cycle guide was a pleasure!

DO NOT BOOK Globus Imperial Escape. it advertises superior hotels but they are actual 1* dumps. The first hotel in Budapest is great, just what I paid for. Unfortunately that was the only hotel I would stay at on my own. Vienna and Prague were awful! I booked a so trip but I NEVER imagined receiving a twin size bed maybe 4’ across. I wish I could post a photo. Even the tour guide admitted the two hotels were not the same high standard of the Budapest Crown Royal. First Globus tour and my last. I have toured with Trafalgar, Gate 1 and NCL. I never was in such awful hotels. Do not trust Globus. Superior hotels is a lie!!
- by Marie BuckleyGreat trip. Guide was excellent. Viewing of a number of historic cathedrals, Prague Castle, boat tours, etc. Only downside is hotels are well stocked with small Ikea furniture. Most hotels we had to push the beds together. Best hotel was Continental in Budapest. I only gave meals 4 stars because I didn't like the goulash in Hungary.
