Great private tour for 2, total of 19 days from North to South. Hanoi, Halong cruise, Hoi An, Phu Quoc and Saigon. Flawless communication throughout. I arranged some accommodation, they did some, as well as arranging all the transfers, internal flights and tours. Accommodated my request for late starts each day of touring, which was a huge deal for us. Safe, comfortable cars and knowledgeable guides, all of whom spoke excellent English. Vietnam is charming and far exceeded our expectations, in large part because of the terrific tour put together by Hoi An Express. Highly recommended.

Rhi was the best trip manager I have ever had. She covers everything from being professional, organised, knowledgeable as well as being fun, gets to know everyone on the trip, involved with social activities and makes sure everyone is having the best time possible. Rhi goes above and beyond by recommending local activities and sites to see and even organises tickets and transport for them. She also helps with post trip activities which is next level! Highly recommend a trip with Rhi and I'd want her again as trip manager.

It’s been 4 years and I still talk about this trip! I met some amazing people whom I remain in contact with today - and none of that would have been possible without our amazing guide - Rhi! Such a bubble, bright and beautiful person inside and out, Rhi was always to the point and ensured everyone on the tour felt comfortable and was enjoying their time. I would 100% recommend any trip with her!

All pretty good really. A couple of easy points though: Our guide was absolutely terrific but (so blame whatever on him please) we didnt have any chance to look closely into any active religious events, spaces, ceremonies, or temples, an important part of the country's culture. There were several rather too similar visits to ex-palace museums and mausoleums, so I think one or two of these could be substituted by something interesting or ceremonial in different current local religious practices/venues. The 'snorkel event' needs further thought. Nice day out on the boat, sure, but the sea bed in the snorkel site is nothing to write home about and the water isnt too clean. There are health and safety issues too as the vessel was anchored some distance from the snorkel site and the weather was a little breezy and choppy. Given that most of the group I was with were 'senior citizens', I found it odd that there was no safety swimmer standing by and no obvious recovery line/float system.

The tour promised to be what they advertised - (less the whole world closing down due to the corona virus of course!) hotels were great, breakfast buffets , food was delicious, sightseeing and tour guide Doan was amazing ! shame it was cut short due by a week, but Doan our tour guide gratefully organised our remainder of the weeks travelling and accommodation in Vietnam which was much appreciated so we managed to get another week of Vietnam in, but not Cambodia unfortunately. Tour radar were brilliant in that I got the pro rata refund for the tour in no time so overall very impressed !

Highly recommend this company, take care of everything great if you've never visited the country. Especially Mr. Alex was excellent and always available to help, checking in that everything is OK etc.

My partner ( American) booked me on a trip in my country ( Vietnam) and I thought I knew everything in here. The trip is an eye opener for me and an incredible experience for my partner. Great hotels, delicious food, interesting sites and a wonderful tour guide hung Do. He actually made the trip! This is my very first on the go tour and we already have planned few more the coming years. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable

My father, my brother, and I choose this tour just out of nowhere and it was really great. Love all the places we visited. Even though our travel date is really close to the date we booked the tour, the company arranged for us a great tour with quality accommodation, professional tour guides, nice activities. it's a definitely 10/10.

Perfectly organized. The agency reacted promptly, was very patient answering every question and was very flexible and open to needed adjustments. The choice of activities was great and the local Providers were wonderful.

We really enjoyed the tour, but found the boat (Halong Bay) and the train (from Hanoi to Hue) a difficult experience owing to lack of sleep.

It was a trip of a lifetime! We had an incredible guide named Voung (or "V" as we called him). He was knowledgeable, very personable, and committed to ensuring our trip was as fun, memorable, and seamless as possible. We saw some of the most amazing sights: Halong Bay and Marble Mountain stand out, but so do downtown Hanoi at night and the Cu Ci tunnels. We drank lots of local lager beer and ate hundreds of fried spring rolls.

Excellent trip. My experience of Vietnam ticked all the boxes. Our guide was superb. He was very knowledgeable and helped group members with all sorts of issues. The itinery was very interesting. Only disappointment was when we visited the Ho Chi Minh morselium it was closed to the public (this is more of an observation rather than a criticism). Our accomadation was excellent, as was the food. Highlights for me was Halang Bay and the Cu Chi tunnels. Would definately recommend and use Exodus travel again.

The tour covered all the highlights advertised and drivers and guides were always punctual and the tour represented good value for money. I haven’t graded it excellent as communication waa always lead by me in terms of asking for pick- up times and hotel information the evening before. I woukd have liked the Compton be more prompt with this. Guides differed in terms of their level of English and depended of the local tour companies used in each location. If you want to see as much as possible on a good price then It was worth it. If you are solo, like I was, be prepared that you could be alone with one guide so if you are booking for company on the whole trip and not s combination then you

Overall, it is a great tour. Accommodations, meals and guides were great. Only improvement would be the communication with the company. We had to reach out each day to know exactly what was happening and pickup times. If they would be proactive and send out a daily itinerary, that would have made it perfect.

Overall the trip was a success. I would absolutely recommend Vietnam to others. The guides were a bit of an issue. It was unclear we had to put in a special request for English speaking guides. The website just said English German and French were available. Me being from the US and having a phone conversation with the booker seemed like it should have been clear. Then we believe because it was a last minute change for the guides we got the bottom of the barrel. The first one was possibly one of the first times he had done the job. Very nice but had to make a call about everything. Didn’t know how to actually lead us which made everything behind schedule. Seemed to be shy to the point of mumbling while whispering, I literally hurt my neck trying to hear him. The last guide didn’t seem to be interested in being a guide, he was very unenthusiastic, and kind of negative. Maybe this was just a side effect of after COVID but especially comparing our middle guide to the other 2 they needed a lot of work. All the additional options were fun the junk cruise dinner was just okay. My friend is vegetarian and had almost no options. However, the junk cruise night over was amazing great staff beautiful sites and a little activity were perfect. The My Son excursion was beautiful and I also highly recommend it. The Vespa tour was amazing, our guide was female the only one of the trip which gave a different perspective which was welcomed. Also all the spots they took us were great and I wish we could have done it on our first night there because other than that Ho Chi Minh city as our least favorite. On the beach resort end, doing the dunes with quads and fairy stream tour was worth it. And doing that part of the trip at the end was a perfect relaxing time to get rest in a beautiful spot. Overall this was a successful trip and what the company put together worked pretty well.

Great opportunity to see Vietnam during a short stay.

The tour was well-organized, with prompt and attentive responses when needed (just to communicate pickups), Ms. Thu did an excellent job communicating details in advance and what to expect, including individual tour guides reaching out with details - about what to wear, what to expect, and what to bring each day. I had a great time and will use this group again in my next travels!

What was excellent was the communication and support throughout the trip. All transport smooth and on time. The daily guides were fantastic but needed a microphone so everyone could hear what they were saying which was frustrating at times. The first hotel was average, the other 3 blew us away, just gorgeous. Experiences were great though sometimes a little rushed.
