Instead of creating a customized tour, would it be possible to do the Italy tour but have one room for our family of 4? I think that's my biggest hesitation. We don't want 2 rooms dividing us up

If you want to join the regular group size, then this is a great trip for you. Unfortunately the rooms are too small to have 4 people in a room. I till be two rooms with an adult with child accordingly.

Are there any booking requirements for luggage?

A single bag is allowed, not to exceed 30"x18"x10" and 50 lbs. Carry-on is restricted to one item not exceeding 12"x11"x6" per person.

How large is the group size for the tour?

The average group size is between 40 to 45 guests, with a maximum of 48 guests.

When are the complimentary transfers available for the tour?

Complimentary arrival transfers are available at 09:30, 13:00, and 15:30 on the first day of the tour. Departure transfers are scheduled for 07:00 and 09:30 on the last day.

What is required to complete tour registration?

Trip registration must be completed by all guests for the travel documents to be released. You can register using the provided link.

What travel details are needed for booking confirmations?

Full flight itineraries are needed to finalize the booking and for arranging transfers.

Is there any discount for booking early and first time booking with you. Please let me know and if the amount can be adjusted.

Is there any room for the hotel stay included for the tour vacation.

What are the pre-tour accommodation options?

Pre-tour accommodation is available at Baveno for up to three nights. Milan options are not available.
