  That’s all they do is try to upsell overpriced optional tours. You have very little time to spend at each location before moving on. If you want to be squeezed into a bus seat for almost 8 hours a day, take a bus tour. Also, don’t let Trafalger book your airfares unless you want the most indirect routes with worst airlines and deal with lost luggage.Show more

For those who like to have itinerary details ahead of time, we kindly encourage you to visit our website. Each itinerary is designed to provide complete information about the tours and sites that will be explored, including meals and details about optional experiences and pricing. This information will also be included in your final travel documents before your departure. We also recognise your concerns about the bus and hotel accommodations. We sincerely apologise for the discomfort you experienced with the coach being too cramped. If you’re looking for more space in the future, our sister company, Insight Vacations, offers coaches that are specially configured with only 40 seats, ensuring more legroom, similar to business class. Their Classic tours accommodate a maximum of 40 guests, and their Small Group departures have only 24. Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we genuinely appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. We hope you'll consider traveling with us again in the future, as we would love the opportunity to provide you with a better experience.

  Fiona and Steven were the absolute best! Fiona was one of the greatest tour guides I’ve had. This is my first time with trafelgar and they are a major reason I will return. Steven was an amazing driver and I always felt safe. Fiona was so happy, thoughtful, informative and eager to help. She planned so many things for the long bus ride to keep everyone entertained.
