Frequently Asked Questions
- Where can I find more detailed information about this tour?
A trip note - which contains essential information about your trip will be given to you. Information such as the daily itinerary, where to meet on the first day, what time the trip starts, how to get to the joining point hotel, included activities, visa information, etc will be mentioned in there. Please contact us for this.
- What is the group size of this tour?
On average our group departures tend to have a minimum of around 10 to 20 passengers, though we only need 2 passengers to book for a departure to be guaranteed. The maximum capacity of this tour is 45.
- Are wheel chairs available?
On these group tours, passengers with mobility can't be accommodated as there will be issues as much of the terrain is uneven and the old city of Jerusalem for example is really not wheel chair friendly due to a lot of blocked paving, uneven surfaces and steps.
We would be able to assist with a private tour where, yes, the same terrain would be experienced, but it will allow more flexibility with timing during sightseeing.
On a private tour, we would request a manual wheelchair, but this service is unfortunately not guaranteed and we would need to advise whether this can be included once we offer the private tour quote. - What are the inclusions of this tour?
Included:
All accommodation in 4-star hotels as stated in the itinerary
All transport and transfers in AC vehicles
24-hour airport arrival & departure transfer service
English speaking guide during touring days.
All site entry fees.
Meals as indicated in the itinerary (7 breakfast, 1 lunch, 3 dinners)
Excluded:
International flights (available on request)
Visa fees (if applied)
Travel insurance (compulsory, available on request)
Meals not indicated in the itinerary
Drinks, snacks, tips and other personal expenses (e.g. laundry)
Tips for driver & tour leader
Any other items not mentioned above - What time does the tour start on the first day - are there any planned activities that day?
You can arrive any time you like, as the first and last days are for arrival and departure only. No activities are scheduled on these days.
- How much of the tour is on windy roads?
The routes we take on this tour aren't particular windy, though the guide and driver will ultimately decide on the exact roads they use, based on conditions at that time.
- What is the average age on this tour ?
The average age on this tour tends to be around 40 years, however our groups are generally made up of younger and older passengers too.
- Will my trip be ATOL Protected?
If we book the international flights associated with your trip, your trip will be ATOL protected. If you choose to book your own international flights, your trip will be protected by our boding with ABTA and IPP.
- Will you organise return transfer to Tel Aviv?
The trip includes arrival and departure transfers in Tel Aviv, on the first and last days of the tour.
- Is there a single room supplement?
If you are travelling by yourself, the single supplement will be added to your booking. This is depending on the departure dates . If a same sex room share is arranged, the single supplement will be removed from your booking.
