Glasgow
You'll arrive in Glasgow and have the afternoon to yourself to walk around and get your bearings at your own pace. Then at 6 pm, meet up with your tour director and other travelers for a welcome dinner at the hotel to kick things off.

Stirling - Glasgow
Start with a scenic cruise on Loch Lomond where you'll take in views of the Highlands. From there, head to Stirling Castle for a guided tour, then stop at a historic whisky distillery to learn how Scottish whisky is made traditionally. Later you'll return to Glasgow for an orientation drive that takes you past the 12th-century cathedral, university buildings, and Georgian squares to get familiar with the city.

Glenfinnan - Isle of Skye - Loch Ness - Inverness
Drive through Rannoch Moor and Glen Coe on your way to Fort William, which sits at the base of Ben Nevis, the highest peak in the UK. You'll stop at Glenfinnan to see the monument honoring fallen Jacobite clansmen, then drive across the Isle of Skye with a view of Eilean Donan castle on its tidal island. Pass by Loch Ness and hear the stories about the legendary monster before settling in Inverness for the evening with free time to yourself.

Cairngorms - Tomintoul
Visit Culloden battlefield and its visitor center to understand this important moment in Scottish history. Then drive through Cairngorms National Park where you can watch for eagles and take in the mountain peaks, moors, and forests. Stop in Tomintoul, Scotland's highest village in the Highlands, before settling in for the night.

St. Andrews - Edinburgh
Travel to Perth for coffee and shortbread before touring Scone Palace, the historic home of the Earls of Mansfield for over 400 years. Head to St. Andrews next, the birthplace of golf, where you can hit golf balls at the range and walk where legendary players have walked. Later you'll drive to Edinburgh with free time to explore the capital city on your own.

After that, visit the Royal Yacht Britannia, then wrap up with a farewell dinner at a local restaurant this evening.
