Jorge Avila was our wonderful proud Costa Rican guide. He was very warm, enjoyable, knowledgeable, and welcoming. He had insightful input to questions and potential issues likely of common concern. He was always open to questions and graciously repeated information. Each day had a thoughtful mix of educational, informal and personal info along with quiet moments that made the day quite enjoyable. Our tour had a happy mix of the cloud forest, jungle, and volcanic terrain and a dash of tourist/souvenir exposure that was just right for my expectations of flora and fauna exposure. Lodging was above my expectations and meals delicious with generous variety. Glad I went!Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before September 30th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after September 30th, 2026, a minimum payment of $250 is required to confirm your booking with Globus. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
