Rhine and Moselle Valleys - Cologne - Dortmund
Start with a Rhine cruise between Rüdesheim and Sankt Goar, taking in one of the river's most scenic stretches. You'll stop in Cochem for lunch, then head to Cologne to walk through its impressive Gothic cathedral. From there, continue to Dortmund for the night.

You'll see Trendelburg's Rapunzel Tower, check out Corvey Abbey in Höxter, find Cinderella's Castle ruins in Polle, and learn about Hamelin's Pied Piper heritage. The day ends with an evening walk through Hanover's old town.

Later you'll see Gotha's Baroque palace and Erfurt with its famous bridge lined with houses. By late afternoon, you'll arrive in Leipzig.
