Our room at Hotel Boss was so small we had to upgrade to store our luggage. The breakfast at this hotel was rather dull. The fruit tray contained cucumbers and tomatoes, and there was no continental bakery offering croissants just bread for making toast. The two-day program change was both unwelcome. The first was our review of the day. Rainforest tour was disappointing due to poor communication from the driver, who initially took us to the zoo instead. We insisted he take us to rainforest and he eventually did. The rainforest itself was unremarkable, with limited sights and a late pickup despite an earlier request. The second tour, Sentosa Twilight Evening Experience with lunch, started at nightfall with a one-plate dinner and a small glass of orange juice. By the time we boarded the cable car it was dark and we couldn’t see anything below. It was a real shame. We regret missing the unavailable Marina Bay experience and Colonial Charms of the City tours.Show more

Payment information
- For any tour departing before August 4th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after August 4th, 2026, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with East Gate Tours LTD. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and East Gate Tours LTD will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
