The tour was not provided as advertised. It was advertised as a small group tour with a dedicated tour leader. The tour is merely a series of day tours, and accommodation that I could have organised myself for a lower cost. There was no consistent group experience. The "dedicated" tour leader was a digital one who messaged you on WhatsApp from an entirely different company. This tour was a significant misrepresentation of what was supposed to be provided. I am unhappy with what I paid for this reason. There is no value for money in this tour. Tourradar and the operator must be clear to individuals about what they are actually getting or signing up for. As a solo traveler, this was deeply disappointing. Equally disappointing is the fact that Tourradar refuses to take any responsibility for the misrepresentation in their own advertising about this tour.Show more

Ltd. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and UME Travel Co. Ltd will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
