Overall our trip organized with Tourradar to Singapore was good. However, our hotel at Bencoolen in Hong Kong Street was in need of an upgrade. We did pay for an upgrade so we would not have been happy with the original room. The room was cleaned only once in a week and we had to ask for new towels during our stay at the Bencoolen. The room designated for breakfast was small and not of a good standard as well. A broken blind at the entrance desk was broken so we knew right away that the accommodation would not be very good. However, all our drivers and tour guide were excellent.Show more

  Could you please send all correspondence, receipts etc. regarding this booking to our email address? We didn't book on line and spoke to and paid an operator, so don't have any original booking file as nothing was ever sent to our email. Also we fly into Singapore the day before the tour and requested an extra night of accommodation at same hotel where we will be staying.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 50 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and East Gate Tours LTD will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
