Itinerary
- Day 1
Madrid - Segovia - Avila - Toledo
Start your morning at Plaza de San Miguel in Madrid, then head out to Segovia to see the Roman aqueduct and the Alcázar castle. From there, you'll continue to Ávila for a guided tour through the medieval walled city, which is a UNESCO site. By evening, you'll be in Toledo exploring the old town and visiting Toledo Cathedral. Later, walk through the narrow cobblestone streets and grab dinner at a local restaurant. You'll stay overnight at a boutique hotel right in the city center.

- Day 2
Toledo - Castilla-La Mancha Vineyards - Madrid
After breakfast at your hotel in Toledo, the morning is yours to spend however you like. Check out the Mirador del Valle for views over the city, sit at a café for a while, or rent an e-bike to explore the hills around the area. In the early afternoon, your guide will meet you and you'll head into the vineyard region of Castilla-La Mancha. You'll visit a boutique winery and walk through the vineyards and cellars, then taste three local wines. Later in the afternoon, you'll head back to Madrid.
