Arrival in Porto
You'll arrive at Porto airport and head to your hotel to get settled in. The rest of the day is yours to do what you like, whether that's walking around, taking it easy after travel, or getting a feel for the city and its riverside charm.

Porto
After breakfast, you have the full day to check out Porto on your own schedule. Walk through the UNESCO-listed historic center with its tight winding streets, pop into some of the old churches with their blue and white tile work, or just hang around soaking in the local vibe of this riverside location.

Landmarks/POIs Porto Historic Center - Day 3
Douro Valley
You'll start early with breakfast, then head into the city center for a guided full-day tour through the Douro Valley. The itinerary includes time in Amarante to see historic sites, views from Galafura, a traditional lunch, a boat ride on the Douro River in a Rabelo, and wine tasting at a local estate. You'll be back at your hotel around 6PM.

Porto
After breakfast, you can wander through Porto at your own pace. The Ribeira District with its colorful weathered buildings is worth a walk, and the Livraria Lello bookstore is popular if you're interested. If you'd rather have someone guide you, there's an optional half-day tour available to the canals of Aveiro and the striped beach houses at Costa Nova.

Porto to Lisbon
Have breakfast at your hotel, then head to Porto train station around 11AM for your train to Lisbon. Once you arrive, you'll check into your hotel and have the afternoon and evening free to explore the city or simply rest after the journey.

Sintra Day Tour
You'll have breakfast and then meet up for a full-day guided tour. The day includes Pena Palace, the historic town of Sintra (UNESCO site), the dramatic cliffs at Cabo da Roca which is Europe's westernmost point, and a drive through Cascais and Estoril. You'll get back to your hotel around 5:30PM.

After breakfast, you can spend the day exploring Lisbon however you like and find local spots around the city. If you want a structured day, there's an optional full-day tour that covers Fátima, Batalha, Nazaré, and Óbidos, which are some of Portugal's most historically important places.

- Day 8
Lisbon to Algarve
You'll get up early, have breakfast, then head to the train station for your journey to Albufeira in the Algarve. After arriving around 1PM and checking into your hotel, the rest of the day is yours to relax by the water or walk around the town's streets.

- Days 9 - 10
Algarve
You have two full days here to kick back on the beaches and enjoy the clear water. You can spend your time relaxing, or if you want to see more, there's an optional tour of the Lagos region with its gold-colored church, the dramatic rock formations at Ponta da Piedade, the fishing town of Sagres, and Cape St. Vincent at Europe's southwesternmost point.

After breakfast, you'll head to the train station for your journey back to Lisbon, arriving around noon. Check into your hotel and use the rest of your day to walk around Lisbon's interesting streets or just relax before you leave tomorrow.
