We would have liked the tour to include more museums and actual access to places, rather than just a drive by. (Such as Westminster Abby) . The Doubletree Hilton was horrible. I specifically enjoyed how he was able to make part of the tour personal by taking us to his home town of Greenwich and even showing us the church where his grandparents were married just days prior to WW2.
