This trip was a disappointment when finally completed. First, I don't believe that the description of the tour was encompassing as far as explaining how the tour would work as far as obtaining tickets, distances to walk to pickup points or drop off points and how a daily excursion would would be handled as when activity would occur and would it be in the same of different location, etc. Example was that we were asked if we wanted to be included in a group lunch. It was not clear that the lunch was in a different location that was not close to any other options for eating. Next, the tour company changed the itinerary of the tour after I had already purchased it. This was not adjustable to ever include all parts of the tour as originally offered. Finally, I feel the tour company could have easily been more responsive to the days of rain...offering a closer pickup or plastic coverups or even umbrellas (could be a good opportunity for their own advertising with a tour group all walking around with the company's name).Show more

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 55 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
