However, as the departure is currently showing no single-room availability, the request can only be made with upfront payment of the single supplement. If the local office is unable to confirm the single room, the single supplement amount would be refunded to you.

is this a fixed tour or private tour but we join others

This is a small group tour with a fixed itinerary led by one of our local CEO's (Chief Experience Officers) /Tour leaders. The Maximum amount of people booked on this tour is 16 with an average of 12.

My flight from Canada will arrive on 24th September @3:55 am. If I book the tour starting 24th September 2026 how will the airport pick up and hotel accommodation works

The arrival transfer is able to collect you at anytime all you would need to do is provide your flight information and we can book this for you, however once you arrive at the start hotel you will not be able to check in as check in only starts from 2pm onwards you can always check with the hotel upon arrival if there is a room available however we cannot guarantee this. In order to ensure you able to have an early check in when you arrive you would need to book pre-accommodation with us.
