Arrival in Seoul
You'll arrive in Korea and get transferred to your hotel to settle in. Later in the afternoon, you'll receive details about what's coming up on your tour.

- Day 2
Seoul to Busan
Spend about five hours seeing Seoul's main spots, starting with Changdeokgung Palace and its royal compounds, then walking through Bukchon Hanok Village with its traditional houses. From there, check out the War Memorial Museum covering Korea's military history, and head to Gangnam District for shopping and dining. Stop at Lotte World Tower to explore the park and luxury shops before heading to the station. Later, board a high-speed train to Busan for an overnight stay.

- Day 3
Busan
Leave Busan early to see Haedong Yonggung Temple, a 14th-century site right by the sea, then return to visit the UN Memorial Cemetery. Next, go to Nampo Port's fish market, Korea's largest, and grab lunch there. After that, walk through Yongdusan Park to see its 120-meter pagoda, then head to Songdo Beach where you can ride the country's first marine cable car if weather allows. Spend time exploring Gamcheon Culture Village with its colorful streets, art galleries, pottery workshops, and cafes before returning to Busan for the night.

- Day 4
Busan to Daegu via Gyeongju
Head out to Seokguram Buddhist Grotto, an 8th-century site on a mountain, and also visit Bulguksa Temple nearby. Arrive in Gyeongju, an ancient capital that ruled for 992 years, and photograph Woljeonggyo Bridge with its wooden design. After lunch, explore Tumuli Park with its 1,500-year-old royal burial mounds from the Silla Kingdom, step inside one of the tombs, and see Cheomsongdae Astronomical Observatory, East Asia's oldest. Later travel to Daegu, Korea's fourth largest city, stopping at Dongsan Cheongna Hill and the busy Dongseong-ro shopping street before settling in for the night.

- Day 5
Daegu to Seoul via Andong
Start in Daegu at the Yangnyeongsi Museum of Oriental Medicine, then stroll through the Herbal Medicine Market with its ginseng shops and herbal vendors. Travel north to Andong and explore Hahoe Village, a traditional community that looks like it's been preserved for centuries, along with the Hahoe Mask Museum displaying masks used in cultural performances. Have lunch, then visit Byeongsan Seowon Confucian Academy, a peaceful 16th-century site by a river. Head back to Seoul by evening, and if weather permits, stop at Banpo Bridge to see its fountain and light show before your overnight stay.
