      I was going to book the Ghana tour direct on your website. I got error messages every time I submit the booking form. Then I emailed on several occasions since 29 May. I got a reply saying the company is operating on limited staff and I will be contacted ASAP. So far no one contacted me. That is why I decided to book on TourRadar. They have a 24 hour customer service & you don't. Please let me know how to book direct when I get the error message for the submitted booking form?

    I'm interested in your tour to the Ivory Coast. When checking the visa requirements for my home country Germany I see a document called 'ATTESTATION D'HEBERGEMENT' which apparently has to be filled out by a city hall representative. Is that correct and will you take care of this document?

      You are eligible to get e-visa for Ivory Coast. Once your booking is confirmed, we provide the required documents. For the online application, you usually need to upload only a passport, flight ticket and letter of invitation or proof of accommodation. In our experience, we have not had issues with e-visa approval before.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before June 12th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 12th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Penguin Travel. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Penguin Travel will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Penguin Travel" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
