  Our driver Surendra was excellent and deserves a good bonus. He was always on time. Polite, efficient, knowledgeable of all the cities, very careful driver, always put us first, provided a clean car everyday with water and snacks, provided sufficient stops for rest rooms etc. Understood what we liked. Highly recommend him. In respect of the tour this is our review 1. WTE haven't asked for feedback which is disappointing 2. Would not recommend hotels where there is no town street to explore to experience nearby 3. The hotel in Delhi was awful. Bad state of repair. Lack of restaurants, terrible state of repair, unable to use the pool facilities. Should never be used again 4. Guide in Delhi and Jodhpur were very good rest seemed to want to rush through, get a tip and cut out bits you said were included. For example we did not get our Elephant ride or Jeep ride in jaipur and no compensation or alternative. This should have been known. Guide said it 5000 rupees each to see city palace but you told us different price and Internet said something different. So we didn't see that. Very disappointing. 5. Didn't get our evening boat ride in udaipur. We wanted more time on the island but was told go first thing so tour could be done quickly. Gent very rushed 6. Indian weddings- too many hotels had weddings. These must be booked well in advance so cannot see why we end in hotels middle of nowhere, nothing to do, can't use facilities etc 7. Route planning. Very often you mention time for leisure but the distances you planned meant there was no time for leisure or ability to explore a city 8. One major planning error was the jungle and agra and taj mahal. You had us touring Taj Mahal on a Friday. Surely you know it's closed on a Friday. So we had to cancel our morning jungle trip and rush to Agra to see it just for an hour or so. Really bad 9. I would have not bothered with chanwa fort and booked us 2 nights in deogarth mahal. They were excellent. Staff, facilities and town nearby. Excellent venue. As was radisson in jaipur. You cannot compare the 2 radissons. Udaipur was building site with ants in the bathroom Overall we asked you to select 5 star hotels so please look at radisson jaipur and marriot in agra the others nowhere near quality Give more time for leisure and time to explore cities must be close by But deliver when you say you are , elephant ride, evening boat ride, proper visit to the jungle and have time at Taj mahal the most important in golden triangle. Also don't bother bishni village tour when you arrive late in the day. Tired already and wasn't a real safari. Driver again fantastic Guides some good some bad Hotels 3 excellent ones others would not use again Tour inclusions some happened some missed but the ones missed above are really disappointing and upsettingShow more

Hotels and Delhi property concerns We sincerely regret your experience with the hotels, especially in Delhi. Your feedback regarding the condition of the hotel, limited dining options and maintenance issues has been formally shared with the hotel management and raised with our internal team. We assure you that these properties will not be used for our future guests. We would also like to mention that during your second stay the room category was upgraded in an attempt to improve your experience. However, we acknowledge that it still did not meet your expectations and for that we are truly sorry. 4. Guides, Elephant Ride & City Palace pricing We are very pleased to know that your guides in Delhi and Jodhpur were satisfactory and are sorry that the experience elsewhere did not meet the same standard. We have shared your feedback with the respective guide teams. Regarding the elephant / jeep ride in Jaipur, unfortunately this could not take place due to the Khelo India University Games launch event, because of which all activities at Amer Fort were officially closed that day. This was an unforeseen government-level event beyond our control, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. With respect to the City Palace entry fees, we would like to clarify that there are multiple tour options at Udaipur City Palace – such as short access tours, extended museum tours, and premium sections. Each option is priced differently depending on the areas visited. The guide may have been referring to a more extensive tour option, whereas the online rate you checked may have been for a basic entry ticket. We apologise for the confusion and agree that this should have been explained more clearly at the time. 5. Boat ride in Udaipur As advised by the guide on the day, the boat ride was only available until 2:00 pm due to a private wedding booking later during the day. Upon being informed of this, you kindly agreed to do the ride in the morning in order to avoid missing out, and it was arranged for you accordingly. 6. Wedding crowds at hotels You are absolutely right that weddings in India are planned well in advance. However, we understand that frequent wedding events can affect the comfort and quiet experience of a hotel stay. Your comments are duly noted and we will be more mindful when selecting hotels for future guests, especially where peaceful stays are expected. Once again, we truly regret that certain aspects of your journey did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us and helps us improve for future travellers.
