Dear Maria, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We truly value your comments, as they help us improve the experience for all our travelers. We’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of the tour did not meet your expectations. Please allow us to address your concerns: Our tours are indeed offered in multiple languages, and occasionally, groups may be mixed to accommodate a broader range of passengers. While this can sometimes result in larger groups, our guides are trained to manage the flow of the tour and ensure that all guests receive the necessary attention and information. Regarding the seating on the buses, seats are not pre-assigned. However, our guides do their best to maintain an orderly boarding process and ensure fairness throughout the journey. As for the hotel locations, while we always strive to offer centrally located accommodations, it is not always possible due to availability and logistical factors. That said, we make every effort to ensure that all selected hotels are well connected to public transportation options for guests who wish to explore independently. We also regret that you felt the time spent in some destinations was too short. We try to strike a balance to include as many highlights as possible within the tour’s duration. For this reason, we provide detailed day-by-day itineraries ahead of time, so travelers can get a clear idea of the pace and structure of the trip before booking. We truly appreciate your input and hope that, despite these issues, there were still enjoyable moments during your journey. Europamundo team

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your experience didn’t meet your expectations. Our tours are designed to accommodate diverse groups, and passengers are informed beforehand that circuits may be bilingual to ensure inclusivity. We understand the challenges of multilingual tours and take your suggestion for English-only tours seriously. Regarding group dynamics, we encourage interaction among passengers, though personal connections depend on each individual. We appreciate your comments and hope you enjoyed the destinations despite the inconveniences. Europamundo team
