Dear Konan, Thank you for sharing your impressions. We’re sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations. Our tours are designed with a dynamic structure, where some passengers may join or leave at different points along the route. This is clearly explained before booking and allows us to offer a wide variety of itinerary combinations across multiple destinations. We regret if the guide's explanations were not as clear as expected. Our team always aims to provide all the necessary information to ensure passengers feel comfortable and informed, but we’ll review your comments with our local staff. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us improve. Best regards, Europamundo team

Dear Gilda, First of all, we would like to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced on the first day of your tour. According to our records, we did not receive any contact from you through our customer service email or the Europamundo emergency chat during this time, which would have allowed us to assist you more promptly. We understand how stressful it must have been not knowing the details of your hotel in a new place. We also want to mention that the hotel assigned by Europamundo in Madrid had been confirmed since September 2nd for your tour that started on September 14th. We regret that this information was not provided to you in a timely manner. As your travel agency might have informed you, the hotel details could have been accessed via the Europamundo app or through the "My Trip" link, where you can find the addresses of all the hotels where you will be staying. We appreciate your patience during this challenging situation and are glad to hear that, aside from this issue, the rest of the trip met your expectations. Sincerely, Europamundo team

how will you be transporting us on this tour? by private coach?

    • EuropamundoOperatorWritten November 2025

Yes, this trip is absolutely suitable for solo travelers — many of our passengers travel alone, so you'll feel comfortable and well taken care of. All our tours are normally bilingual, and you will have English-speaking guides throughout the trip (sometimes the guide is bilingual, sometimes you may have separate guides, depending on the group). Breakfast is included throughout the tour as well as during any additional nights booked. It is typically served as a cold buffet, although the format may vary depending on the hotel category and location. Breakfast is not included on the first day of the tour. Yes, all transportation during the tour is provided by our private, modern, air-conditioned coach. This coach will be used for transfers between cities and for the included panoramic visits.
