Thank you very much for your feedback. We take our passengers' feedback very seriously and strive to continuously improve based on the input we receive. Regarding your comments about the change of guides, we want to clarify that these changes can be necessary due to operational reasons, especially when working with multiple groups and incorporating new passengers during the circuit. We apologize if this has caused any discomfort for you. We will take your feedback into consideration to evaluate if we can further minimize these changes in the future and enhance the experience for our passengers. Furthermore, we understand your concerns regarding the hotels. The hotels provided by Europamundo are carefully selected to ensure they meet the necessary standards for a comfortable stay. However, we understand that individual preferences may vary. If you feel that the room does not meet your comfort expectations, we recommend contacting the hotel reception or our guide for assistance in requesting any necessary adjustments or changes. We are committed to providing the support needed to ensure a satisfactory travel experience. The issue of air conditioning also depends on the specific travel destinations. Some destinations may not use air conditioning directly, while others may have rules or limits on its usage to conserve energy. We strive to provide accurate information to our passengers regarding the conditions and restrictions of each destination. In any case, we appreciate all of your comments and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. Your feedback will assist us in our ongoing efforts to improve. If you have any further concerns or would like to share additional details about your experience, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you in any way we can. Europamundo Team
