I had such a great time visiting Ba Na Hills on this tour. The driver picked me up right at my hotel lobby on time, and the ride there was smooth and easy. Taking the long cable car ride up was definitely the highlight for me because the views are crazy. The Golden Bridge was super cool to see in person, even if it was a bit crowded. I liked that lunch was included so I didn't have to worry about planning that part. I spent most of my time just walking around the gardens and enjoying the cool air. Everything was well organized and it was a fun day out from Da Nang.Show more

As with the two other experiences I’ve booked with Up whilst in Vietnam, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The communication and organisation around planning for the day and pick-up was smooth and clear. The mini-bus was comfortable and air conditioned. We were in a small group of 11. Transfer to Ba Na Hills was quick and efficient. The actual experience of Ba Na Hills and SunWorld itself was bonkers and surreal in the best way- we were lucky with the weather in the morning and experienced only a little rain in the afternoon. The fantasy park and gardens have to be seen to be believed and are a really fun experience. The tour included transfers, tickets for the cable cars, entrance fees to the theme parks and gardens as well as a full buffet lunch (at an excellent indian restuarant on site)- all excellent value for what we experienced. The highlight of the tour however was our guide Kevin. He was funny, warm and knowledgeable. He had excellent english, kept the group together and informed the whole day, and made the day extra fun with some games. When we had to wait a little for the cable car to reopen due to weather, Kevin ensured he got us in the best spot to be where we needed to to miss the worst of the queuing and waiting. Payment information
- For any tour departing before April 20th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 20th, 2026, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Up Travel Vietnam. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
