  We had the most horrible experience in Singapore. The first problem was your company cancelled two of our tours out of 5.We wound up doing them on our own and they were both amazing. You sent us to a terrible hotel, they had cleaning the room every three days, they gave us two towels, two hand towels, two half rolls of toilet tissue. The hotel was in a terrible location. Probably the cheapest you could find. You sold us the tour at the rain forest, that was under major construction, we saw two monkeys and 1 squirrel. It was awful. The tour company that you gave us was clueless to the tours. They had no idea of the area we were in, they drooped us off at the waterfront for lunch, all the restaurants were closed,and told us our hotel was across the street, and it wound up to 30 minute taxi ride. We used your company in Sicily, and we had the most wonderful hotels and guides. Such a great experience, we were so looking forward to this trip and your tour was awful. We certainly would stop recommending you to our friends.Show more

Additionally, regarding the two cancelled tours, we had offered both alternative tour options as well as a refund, and we proceeded as per the requests we received from your side at that time. That said, we completely acknowledge that the overall experience—particularly with the hotel standards, the rainforest visit, and the coordination on the ground—did not reflect the level of service we aim to provide. Your feedback about the local supplier and logistics is especially concerning, and we are currently addressing this internally to prevent similar situations in the future. We truly value your previous trust in us, especially following your positive experience in Sicily, and it is very disappointing for us to have fallen short this time.   This was a great tour. It was well paced so we had time to relax,explore,shop and as well take the scheduled tour. This tour giave us the flexibility to things at our pace and explore the various shopping locations. . Myself and my wife did like this tour very much and I do recommend this tour as you have the flexibility to do and make the best of your free time as well. It was a perfect balance. The guides are very good. The company's customer service is impeccable. They keep you informed at every step of the way by sending the utenary a day in advance. They are flexible as well fir instance our airport pick up was scheduled for 9 am and we wanted to leVe half hour early. They coordinated the early pick up. On the last day we had dinner included and it was to try the street vendors Chinese food where the locals would like to dine. We did not see any selection we liked so we asked the guide of we can substitute with a different cuisine. And they accommodated us in a heartbeat. The tour company is very reliable and on time for their service provided.from theurvtransopryation pick up to the daily guides, from the food venues to a walk around the city. We enjoyed every aspect of this tour. The guides were knowledgeable and made Sue we had a great time. Singapore is the pla e to visit with super friendly people and top notch cleanliness.Show more

  For those looking to explore the city a little more in-depth than the classic 2-days layover, this is a great tour. I had passionate tour guides that covered all the important places of interests, a great way to get introduced to this country. The daily tours were max 4hrs, which left you with enough time to go explore on your own - this was very important to me and gave a good balance to my days. Singapore is an extraordinary place, and if you don't want to think about organising hotels transfers and an itinerary yourself, I would recommend this tour..!Show more

  While the front line staff were quite helpful, the company has some issues. The itinerary was to include guides on every day which in fact happened only twice. When you select a tour based on that and it doesn't happen, it essentially becomes a self-guided event... not what we expected and wanted. We are tourists, NOT guides. We were refunded 150€ but would much rather have received the tour we paid for.Show more
