I have a couple of questions: What is the cancellation policy? What is the difference in price for the 3, 4, and 5 star accommodation? If we have 8 people in our group, will we be traveling with others in our group?

During this Discover Vietnam: 9 Days of the Best Deals tour, you will join the group tours in Vietnam (group size maybe 12-14 people). The group tour is NOT that you share with the same group from the beginning till the end. Most of our tour is a partial group tour in which you will have different groups for excursion at each place, but airport pick up/transfer and accommodation are private, just join a group on days you have a tour. Cancellation Policy: 31 days and more before departure: 10% of the full payment + airfare cancellation fees. 15-30 days before departure: 45% of the full payment. 14 - 8 days and less before departure: 70% of the full payment. Under 7 Days before departure: 100% full payment. Hotel prices: 3-STAR: USD 1,016/person, 4-STAR: USD 1,175/person, 5-STAR: USD 2,401/person.

The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
